This 16-person bike takes you around Des Moines
Our next stop is actually *** go and it's hard to miss. This is Dave and he wants you to ride his bicycle. This is the big yellow bike, it is actually powered by these pedals. There is 12 seats of those 10 pedal seats to our stationary. There's *** bench in back that fits three so we can have up to 16 riders. We are street legal here, so we right right on the regular roads, we get *** lot of people stop and stare as we drive by them. We get *** lot of car honks and *** lot of waves. This wasn't something he used to see every day in des Moines and it wasn't until Dave's friend told him about *** similar concept in Minnesota that Dave took that idea and ran. I mean road with it. So pedaling for pints, Is that street legal in Des Moines? We are dry bike, this is not functional, we can't have drinks on the bike, but if you wanna stop at bars, we'll get you there. But if you just want to drive around and see downtown Des Moines, we can do that as well, ready for anything. I like that. Speaking of ready, I'm not sure I'm prepared for this. Is there any training involved? It's pretty basic. You just have to pedal, you don't have to steer. Just show up ready to go and you're guaranteed *** good time. What do these two think about the yellow bike, nothing about this is normal, which is why we love it. That's why it's so fun. We get to just explore and pedal away and good friends. You know, this seems like *** lot of exercise, but somehow this crew doesn't look exhausted at all tired on the bike. No, you gotta find the seat where you don't have to pedal, we can pedal anytime we want. I haven't done any pedaling, I've been doing all the work for her. It seems like you found the cheat code, although you might want to start pedaling if you want to make it back to the station or wherever this bike is supposed to go on time. Love the experience. We've been to *** couple of bars, had some great drinks with friends and we're just having *** great time listening to music. So it's kind of funny like sometimes we don't have to pedal too hard, but we go up *** hill and then all of *** sudden we gotta work, but most of the time it's just kind of just like riding *** normal bike. Just *** normal 16 person bike that takes you through des Moines. I think that Bell means they're ready to take off seems like an appropriate time for an irish blessing. May the road rise up and meet you and May the wind take us to our next stop
