Tern Overland AirFlo RV Mattress Pad Eliminates Condensation and Mold

Prescott, Arizona-based, Tern Overland, the leading manufacturer of RV doors, windows, and roof hatches, just released a multi-use textile mesh pad called the AirFlo. The versatile product not only improves ventilation and comfort under RV mattresses, but also eliminates conditions where mold grows. According to the press release, the pad can be used in a myriad of ways either inside your home or inside your RV. This is the same product that debuted at the 2023 Truck Camper Adventure Quartzsite Rally.

“We are really excited about our new AirFlo product,” said Aimee Higgins, Tern Overland founder and CEO. “The versatility of the liner is almost endless. It allows air to flow freely between surfaces, which can be beneficial in various situations and settings. AirFlo can be used both in campers or at home under your mattresses. We also recommend using it next to the kitchen sink to dry dishes, in toolboxes, cargo boxes, and anywhere where humidity can create mold.”

Measuring 10mm thick, the lightweight, warp-knitted pad is made of 100 percent polyester. The pad is durable, washable, comfortable, dries quickly, is anti-fungal and anti-microbial, and will not fray or unravel.

The versatility extends beyond mattress air flow. It can even be used under your laptop to keep it cool, in RV dish cabinets to quiet the rattle during travel, or under your dog’s bed. In reality, the possibilities of where the product can be used are almost endless.

Tern Overland’s AirFlo pad is available only in white with no edging. It will never fray or unravel. The product is sold by the lineal yard, as a mattress-size pad, or by the roll.

  • Lineal Yard: 78 3⁄4 inches wide = $84 per yard
  • Whole Roll: 38 yards per roll = $3,088.00 per roll
  • Queen Size Pad = $124 (60 inches x 78 3⁄4 inches)

Available only through Tern Overland, the new AirFlo mattress pad can be ordered by contacting Tern Overland either by phone at (928) 642-3459 (ext. 1000) or by email at info@ternoverland.com.
