Adventurer Mfg Reinvents Adventurer 80RB with New Overlander Edition

Adventurer Manufacturing, a leading manufacturer of premium truck campers, just announced the Adventurer 80RB – Overlander Edition, a robust and feature-packed model designed for adventurers looking to explore further off-grid with unmatched power, comfort, and convenience. According to the company’s press release, the full-size, lightweight camper combines premium construction with exclusive features, making it the ultimate camper for those who demand freedom and functionality during their outdoor escapes.

The new Adventurer 80RB Overlander edition is built to explore off-grid. Key features of the new Overland Edition include a 400 watt solar power system, an Expion360 132 amp hour heated lithium battery, a three-way refrigerator, a push-button power system that controls the power jacks, rear awning, a low profile air conditioner, smart flooring, a leatherette sofa, a Bluetooth stereo system, and Custom “Overlander” graphics that strike a balance between blending in with nature and showcasing the camper’s unique design.

“Whether you’re tackling winter camping or extended off-grid travel in the summer months, the Overlander Edition is built to meet the demands of outdoor adventurers without the stress of worries over power and comfort,” Lewis Abercrombie, Marketing Director at Adventurer Manufacturing. “This model offers an unparalleled off-grid experience that delivers the quality and innovation that Adventurer is known for.”

With a dry weight of 1,877 pounds, the Adventurer 80RB Overlander Edition is designed to fit full-size short and long-box trucks, and is compatible with Chevrolet, GMC, RAM, and Ford models, delivering maximum flexibility for pickup truck owners looking for a fully-equipped, lightweight truck camper. The camper is compatible with better rated half-ton trucks and most 3/4-ton pickups trucks including the Ford F-150, the Ram 2500, and Toyota Tundra.

Loaded with features that belie the camper’s small size and weight, the interior floor length of the 2025 Adventurer 80RB Overlander Edition is 8 feet 4 inches, the interior height is 78 inches, and the center of gravity is 30.5 inches. The camper features a molded wet-bath, a fully equipped kitchen, a north-south queen size bed and a small dinette. With a 15 gallon fresh tank, a 6 gallon grey tank, a 6 gallon black tank, and a 4 gallon water heater, the 80RB’s tank capacities are an upgrade over the similarly sized Scout Kenai. The 80RB’s compartments are large enough to accommodate one battery and one 20 pound propane tank.

We like this new offering by Adventurer Manufacturing. Never one to sit still and stand on its laurels, the Washington-based company is always looking for ways to improve and innovate. The company’s popular Scout line, which includes both hard-side and pop-up models, as well as this new Adventurer Overlander Edition are proof of this approach. With additional Adventurer models including the 86FB, 89RB, 89RBS, 901SB, and 910DB, we are excited to see what other Overland Edition offerings the company has planned for the future.

Like all Adventurer Manufacturing campers, the Adventurer 80RB Overland Edition comes with a category-leading three-year structural warranty, providing owners with additional peace of mind.

The base MSRP for the 2025 Adventurer 80RB Overlander Edition is $41,568.

The Adventurer 80RB Overlander Edition is now available through Adventurer’s dealer network. For more information, visit www.adventurercampers.com or contact your local dealer.
